Did I find a fossil Armadillo Scute in Post oak creek Grayson Co. Texas?

I came upon this beauty in Post Oak Creek, Sherman; Grayson Co. Texas this past weekend which looks like a very large Armadillo scute. I didn't think that they migrated into the north Texas region? It measures 1 1/2" long and 1 1/8" wide. Cretaceous, Lower Austin / Upper Eagle Ford Formation

My sister and i were out scouting the freshly laid down gravel bars on Iron Ore Creek in Grayson County Texas this week, and I found this tooth. Is it... gulp... human? With the tooth root still attached, it can't be a "baby" tooth which brings me to think that there may be more. out. there... First I thought that maybe it is from a Native American, since there are points, tools and stuff commonly found in Iron ore; but it doesn't have the scoops that are associated with them. It doesn't have a lot of patina either, which really freaks me out. upper cretaceous, woodbine formation, lewisville member

I found this ammonite yesterday in what I believe was the Duck Creek Formation in Grayson county, Texas. I think it looks a bit like the Oxytropidoceras, but I didn’t realize they were found in that formation. Can anyone give me a little direction on ID of it? I haven’t taken other shots yet, but it is very thin for how large it is. Maybe an inch thick. I’ll measure it tomorrow, but it’s at least 10 inches in diameter. I’ll post more shots tomorrow. The other side has a nice view of the sutures.

I live on some property in far north east Grayson county, Texas and runs alongside Iron ore creek. It that has several places on it where we have been finding clams and gastropods. It consists of heavy red clay mostly; with some grey, yellow, orange and a little black clay. Sandstone and Ironstone is very abundant. From what I have been able to find is this property is in the Woodbine formation. These clams have me stumped. Can anyone help me identify some of these beauties?

Hey guys and gals. My hubby and me have been tromping around in Post Oak Creek (Sherman, Grayson Co. Tx.) and he came upon this tooth... I for the life of me can't figure this one out. Is it just part of a shark tooth?
