Was having a look at a few Kem Kem bones for sale and i came across this. It is a long bone at 26.8cm in length, looks quite thin with both ends intact (though one end has a different colouration to the rest of the bone). Wanted to get some thoughts as i originally thought this could be from a Pterosaur or a small non-avian theropod, but it seems a bit different to the Pterosaur femurs i have seen (which is what the fossil is being sold as). I am thinking it could be a leg bone from a bird? but i am no expert on Cretaceous birds. Can i ask for some opinions on this bone? thanks in advance.

I have what appears to be fossils all over the property i bought last year. We are located in North Texas, the area is very sandy with layers of rock. Ammonites are everywhere here. Large ones that measure 3-4 feet across. I will post some of the images I have. I will provide more details in the days to come, along with measurements as requested by some of the more experienced folks. Any idea what this is? It's about 14-18 inches long. As stated, more precise details to come.

Hello. I am new here and have read about posting, though there is so much to read, I hope I am not up. This is one of a few Estate sale fossil finds, and unfortunately no info whatsoever came with them. I am assuming it is a piece of a humerus, radius or ulna. It has a strange patina, and seems to be glazed with something, lacquer or another hard resin, as a (rather unfortunate) means to preserve it better? I am not sure if this is from a dinosaur, but looking online it sort of resembles some leg bones of a sauropod, but a juvenile. I could be completely wrong and this is actually part of a cave bear or other mammal bone. Any help appreciated. I have another fossil bone that was with it I can post as well, though it's much smaller and darker in color, black almost. This piece is heavy! It weighs 6.9 oz. I took couple of macro photos since there is something interesting going on with the surface. Thanks, KP

My dad found this fossil on the beach on Gary Island, NWT. He's been told it could be a mammoth leg bone, and it doesn't appear to be older than 10,000 to 30,000 years old. Can anyone identify it? It's about 2 feet long, and 73 lbs.
