Had a great day of fossil hunting this weekend with @Lorne Ledger. Got everything washed up, and now it's time to try to identify! I found this smaller, fairly complete bone in Southeast Texas. Mostly Pleistocene fossils here. It's confusing to me because one face reminds me of a deer astragalus, but a few other features don't quite seem to match. Since it seems to have several attachment points I considered it might also be a phalanx from something. Any ideas would be welcome to point me in the right direction. Thanks, Brandy @Lorne Ledger @Harry Pristis @JohnJ @garyc

I have two bones I am hoping to get some help with for an ID. The first and larger of the two was found in the Peace River in the spring of 2020. I have been unsuccessful in nailing down an id and was letting it sit with my pile of unknowns. Then two days ago I came up with another similar bone and decided to ask for help with the ID. I have to believe someone has seen something similar as the latest find has what I would describe as a "peace sign" embedded in it. When looking at the earlier find I can see a similar image emerging. The larger of the two measures 71mm long x 47mm wide x 50mm tall. The second smaller at 55mm long x 50mm wide x 28 mm tall. First a couple of photos of the two together that I think will allow the image of the "peace sign" to be visible: The larger of the two bones is next: The smaller on with the "peace sign" more visible: Hopefully someone among the Peace River regulars will recognize the bones! Any ideas @Shellseeker, @Bone Daddy, @digit, @Harry Pristis ?

Just found this in the same little creek in southeast Nebraska that I've found stuff before. I believe it is a bovid phalanx, but I'm not very good at mamal IDs. Can anyone confirm or deny? It's dementions are approximately 1"X1.75"x1.5".

I found this in a mound of shells on Casey Key in Venice Beach, FL. It is almost 1 1/2 inches long. Thank you!
