I don't think this has been a peer-reviewed publication,but i could be wrong.
Don't think Ryland or McKinney/Jackson,because this looks like it was written as a sort of quick identification guide*,so it's NOT in that league.
* the very summary depiction of "a bryozoan" will tell you that
