Are there any paleontologists willing to help a prospective high school student (me) with advising on a research paper that is attempting to define the lifestyle of dryosaurus, based on anatomical implications? As taken from my Inquiry Proposal Form: "The purpose of this inquiry is to explore how the convergence in ecophysiological traits between the extinct dinosaur species Dryosaurus and white tail deer (still variable to change, since I don't exactly know what animal is best to draw parallels to but in the riparian zone of Arizona this is the closest herbivore) can help determine how Dryosaurs lived. The determination of its lifestyle will be done by cross-examinations of anatomical features that indicate a specific lifestyle or adaptation in modern animals. The animals that will be analyzed will be chosen based on two factors: the speculated niche of Dryosaurs with some marginal standards (small land dwelling herbivores), and the environments in which it lived (in this case parallels will also be drawn to animals living in similar or equal environments)." I used the Holtz and Hones paper on spinosaurus' lifestyle that came out very recently to formulate a method but I would really really appreciate some expert advisor that can advice me through the process of the paper. Thank you!

Hey everyone Hope you're all good Some of you might remember, I was talking last year about the fact that I was writing a paper about the wonderful opalised fossils of Australia.. For numerous reasons (including some of which still persist e.g. high school deadlines), I basically put that project 'on hold' - despite the fact that I absolutely love opalised fossils. Unfortunately, the project will mostly have to stay the same way until late May.. On the other hand, I might be able to fit in some time, during the winter vacation, to do a bit of work on that paper All the best, -Christian P.S. A lil' reminder as to why opalised fossils are so cool :
