I have identified the rock as Limestone from the CSX Wauhatchie Yard in Chattanooga, Tennessee. There appears to be some sort of pattern or striations on the outside of the rock. My rock community has deemed it as a fossil of some sort!

I will number the images. If you have an idea or know what one of them are, just put the imagine number in your reply or next to the name. I found these in the western part of middle Tennessee.

Hey all! My name is Patrick Harper. I'm a 23 year old transplant from Colorado currently stationed in Georgia. I'm trying to get back into fossil hunting and hiking and could definitely use some pointers for great places to explore in the GA/SC/NC/TN area. In my off time I'm working on my undergrad Geology with plans to pursue a Master's in Planetary Geology. Cheers! Pat

posting this for a friend. Found in Charlotte, TN. Middle of state. Could be Ord, Sil, Dev, but my guess would be Silurian from the color of the matrix. Any ideas, it's got me stumped. LOOKS LIKE THE AGE IS MISSISSIPPIAN

I have absolutely no background in fossils or identification, but ran into this during a trail run in N. Georgia. Just happened to look down during a quick break. Size wise, the area pictured is maybe a half dollar coin. Curious if this is even anything, and if so, what it might have been. Thanks, Adam
