Pixpaleosky
Last Week-end I went in the area of Aix en Provence in South of France. i wanted to find some clues of dinosaur eggs for further digging next spring. I wealked in the red badlands of the region, with nice sun and landscapes. I finally found eggshells fragments, coming from destroyed eggs because of the rain. I also spotted a few eggs in section. Enjoy the pictures ! CAN YOU SPOT THE SHELLS ? HALF EGG ABOUT 20 CM IN THE STONE

digit
Very cool! I would not have thought of hunting dinosaur eggs in the South of France. I likely would have been too distracted by the olives, cheeses and wine. Hoping to see more photos of future finds. Cheers. -Ken

Congratulations to that fantastic possibility and your success. This egg cross section is incredible! The best is to eat cheese and drink wine while you search for fossils . I hope to be able to extract some partial egg next year... meanwhile I will try to do a 2019 recap on dino finds if I manage to identify them. 3 hours ago, Troodon said: Congrat...could you have dug/probed around to find more complete eggs. Thanks for pictures, nice site.. There are certainly more complete ones, but underneath the partials in what was the nest. It is too much work to excavate for now. Also, eggs are often broken since the baby had to go out, and crushed. 45 minutes ago, FranzBernhard said: Congratulations to that fantastic possibility and your success.
