These look like sponges, to me.

Wait for some other opinions, though.

Sponges are indeed a possibility. But I am not sure and have no other idea.

Marine worms are not very probable.

Whats the size of the specimens and tubes, @laiosx?

I'm not sure either - as Franz said, sponges ar possible and they don't look like any worm types I know. I'm no good on the Pleistocene though!

Thanks for the additional pics, @laiosx

This stuff seems to be really rock-forming!

But I can still not help any further, I am still clueless.

Have you tried googling Attica (or a more detailed locality), Pleistocene, marine? There "must" be a published description of this quite spectacular stuff somewhere!

At the moment from some geological reports ,apart from fossiliferous limestone nothing more specific . Is corals of some kind possibility ?

It does not look like coral in any way.

The upper right specimen in your very first pic looks like an oncolite:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oncolite

But oncoids are usually sphaerical, not tubular like your specimens. But who knows! Is there any mention of oncoids or oncoliths in the reports you have?

Never read something similar at least for the region.
