But I can still not help any further, I am still clueless. Have you tried googling Attica (or a more detailed locality), Pleistocene, marine? Franz Bernhard At the moment from some geological reports ,apart from fossiliferous limestone nothing more specific . The upper right specimen in your very first pic looks like an oncolite: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oncolite But oncoids are usually sphaerical, not tubular like your specimens. But who knows!
