Pathological angustidens?

Hi guys recently acquired this tooth from SC does anyone know what to is as the blade is seemingly mostly complete

Not really sure where the pathological is coming in to play,  but given the pronounced cusp, your ID is likely correct.

It looks a little squeezed to me - perhaps compressed laterally in its formational stages.  I agree that it's probably angustidens but it could be early megalodon.
