Here's another one of these types of rocks with small fossils included.Really like the unusual shapes on this one. Tony AZ

I would call these the ichno (trace) fossil  Thalassinoides.

The last few pics have rhizoliths and the round buttons in the last one are crinoids

Will your next answer to my question be no?

I used to collect these near Tucson, AZ. There are all sorts of fossil and geological oddities in these rocks. I have some with very clear rugose corals (horn corals) in red on a grey background. The red is silified material and the grey is a limestone/marble so the grey weathers away over time leaving the quartz behind.
