The angle of the photo is awful but I'd bet if you gave us a better straight on shot we would most likely see a better view of the vertebral process or fin of a bony fish that you are holding in your hand. Tuna from that area have also been found and have similar morphology .... 'usually' the most common find is from an extinct billfish Aglyptorhynchus sp. The billfish have a very distinct ripple pattern on the Haemal Spine if it hasn't been worn away. This is a tuna (Thunnus sp) ..
