If you want to get a ID make sure for next time you post it in fossil ID for better results.

We are going to need in focus pictures of all sides, including root and chewing surfaces. 

The photo provided is very blurry. :(

On the beach at Lake Park???  Please provide more locale information along with a cropped image of the occlusal surface of the tooth.  

 

These black teeth are difficult to photograph . . . you'll have to carefully angle the tooth toward the light.  Multiple light sources may be required.  Crop the image to show less hand and more tooth.

The size and amount of wear maybe a smaller carnivore like the River Otter (Lontra canadensis). Lower M1 looks like a close match to these eyes.
