Possible shell fossil?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum! My name is Patricia and I live in Portugal, Europe.

I found this item which seems to be fossilized and I was hoping you could help me confirm this suspicion of mine and possibly ID it aswell.

It is totally made of rock but it seems like it has the form of a conch shell.

I found it in Portugal, Algarve, at the beach of Portimão. As you can see it's about 4 cm long.

I’m from Portugal too. You right its a fossil from a gastropod. 

I don’t know the species but from Algarve - Portimão, its a marine fossil from Miocene.

Between 5 and 23 million years old.
