Unknow fossil in Northwest Georgia

Hi all and thank you for allow me to become a new member.  I live in a fossil rich environment snuggled in the ridges of Pigeon Mountain, located in Chickamauga, GA. Many of the fossils I run across can be narrowed down to plants or shells but this one has me a bit perplexed. Maybe it is a plant but I'm humbly asking for a professional's opinion. Any input is truly welcome.  Cheers..

Looks to be a straight shelled cephalopod.

Something along the lines of one of these buggers.

Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
