Claw or strange rock?

Here is a 45 second closeup video of a claw shaped rock. I found it in a creek in North West Illinois, Whiteside County USA.  I took it home just in case it actually was something other than a rock. What do you guys think. Thanks for the help. Claw or Rock Video

I agree, this looks like a broken water worn pebble. Not a fossil 

I see no bone texture or claw morphology.

It's a fragment of an ironstone concretion. The concretion may have had a fossil in it, but the portion of the concretion that held the fossil is all of what is missing. Imagine a relatively flat oval-shaped rust-colored stone about 2.5 to 3 inches long and what you have is a broken portion of the edge.
