My First Alabama Fossils

Got these in the mail today and got them off a auction site. My first of anything from Alabama and I love them. 
Crinoid fossil stem

echino derm sections 

rugosa horned coral fossils 

these were found along the Tennessee River in Florence

It's a start...

I know this a bit of an old post, but you live in Alabama, and you had to go to the auction site to buy these Alabama fossils? I get the impression that state is full of fossils and you could go practically anywhere to find them yourself! I may be wrong..  :zzzzscratchchin:

Yeah, you should do this... there are some some neat fossil sites in AL.  I like to buy fossils and find them too!
