Sorry, but this is not a fossil - geologic - rock (chert, maybe?) with mineral veins - quartz or quartzite/agate.

If you look closely it appears to be teeth within. This was found at beach well known for aquatic fossils. It is very strange I agree, but I thought that it was subject to some pressures that mutated the form. Thank you for your input

Still, not a fossil 

I don't see any teeth in this item. :(

I don't believe it's a fossil. I also cannot see any teeth.

What appears to be teeth are mineral deposits, probably calcite. If you drop some vinegar essence on it and it fizzes, then it's calcite, if not, then it's probably quartz.

Very interesting specimen, but geological in nature.
