rcranch
There have been a few minor rain storms moving through the north Texas area lately, seems like it is always Friday afternoon or night. I have tried to go out and hunt a few days following these events, not expecting much, but you never know. Yesterday I hit one of my favorite creeks on the North Sulphur River and hit a jackpot for vertebrae and miscellaneous bone fossils, even found an artifact or two. There were a total of 16 verts, a rib bone, fish stuff and odd pieces that who knows what? The last artifact broke my heart, you find many like this, can just imagine what the entire point would have looked like. A few pics attached. Paleoworld-101
Any other pics of the best mosasaur verts?
