Aguja tooth or what

I found this in some matrix I brought back from the Aguja formation in Brewster county, Texas. I makes me think of a tooth, a little like an ankylosaurus tooth. Any thoughts? The hash marks are 1mm. Thanks for any help.

Its a mammal tooth, Cimolodon cf. electus.

lower fourth premolar of a mammal called a multituberculate.  I don't know if Cymolodon is the only 'multi' in the Aguja, but troodon's link is spot on.  

 

In any case... great find.  I only have a few of these from our local late Cretaceous Lance Fm.  And that is not form lack of searching.

Wow! Thanks. I’ve found quite a few mammal teeth Out there but none like this. Always nice to find something new.

you have to go early Eocene back to Cret/Jurassic to find these guys.
