I thought how interesting white on outside, red inside, could it be just a rock or an egg? I know you all will help me put this ? to rest. Mahnmut Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 Hi, I am not sure with the small picture. if you see crystalline surfaces it could be a pink feldspar mineral in quarzite, if the surfaces look more like broken ceramics I would also say chert.
