Are there shark bites on this bone?

Found on Myrtle Beach.

I'm thinking this is some sort of whale bone, perhaps rib. Agree?

And I don't want to read too much into cracks in this bone, but could they be shark bites?

Thanks!

Dont looks like damage before fossilization for me...  I think its some cracks that occured during or after fossilization.

I agree, these are not bite marks, but rather naturally occurring cracks.
