-Oleg-
Hi there I found this globular tooth on the bank of the Dnipro River, Kherson region, Ukraine. Dimensions: 31 mm high, 26-27 mm wide. In profile, the shape is a little close to triangular with rounded corners. I suspect it may be a tooth of ichthyosaur(Tholodus schmidi), Some megalodon or crocodile. The rock material is unknown, but appears to contain a significant silicon content. Hardness greater than 6 (does not scratch with a good knife). An ichthyosaurus vertebra (possibly) was found nearby. The material of the "vertebra" is more fragile than the tooth. The outer layer consists of small particles similar in size to the sand.

Troodon
Welcome to the forum. I have no idea what you have, its quite interesting but it is not a tooth of any of the animals you mentioned. Not sure its a tooth at all.
-Oleg-
Thanks for your post. Many species have similar teeth. If possible, describe in detail why you think it is not a tooth? Next photo I put here for example: tooth of some crocodile and my find Edited February 6, 2020 by -Oleg-

Maybe the dentin looks too flat because it has not been stored in matrix rock and has been polished by sea and river waves for many years?

What do you think of the "vertebra"? This may be the vertebrate of ichthyosaur? Is it some kind of petrified sponge or just a nodule?

You have sort of answered your own question. It lacks the texture of bone. It seems likely that it is a concretion. They are commonly mistaken for fossils.
-Oleg-
Thanks! Indeed, though the shape is similar, but in its composition and texture it does not resemble a bone
