Is this a crinoid stem?

I think there are two fossils here. Tabulate coral on a crinoid stem is my first guess, but I'm not that confident with either.

I agree with @Rockwood that that looks likely. The pores are too large for bryozoan. Which coral it might be depends on the age - Sutherlandia parasitica is similar but Mississippian.
