b. bartron Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 Agree with the partial whale bone. 3inches wide might not be big for a whale... but maybe the whale wasnt big. Could be a segment off a splintered jaw but usually those have a little curve. I'll include a picture of a broken jaw i found in many pieces and yours reminds me of an outside section towards the rear where its straight.
