Finger or Toe bone?

Hi is this Geologic or fossilized?, if it’s fossilized, what did it come from?And if so would it be a finger, or toe bone? Thank you!!

We'll need more pictures than that from different angles and something for scale!!!.   Perhaps a bit of locality information would help too.

So far it looks like a chert nodule from this picture.

Here’s some more, it was found by my brother in St. Andrews, New Brunswick.

Not seeing a fossil here. That said, in the future, you can't expect us to know the geology of say St. Andrews, New Brunswick. What age, what formation, etc. are answers that are useful, not a solely a geographic location.

@connorp Thank you!!, and I know, but I checked and couldn’t find the time or Formation of the area on my Geological map, it said it was a fault.
