Bone?

It does look like bone to me but it is way too fragmented and weathered to have any hope of making an identification.

The last photo looks very much like the pores in palm wood.

I don't know, but if I had to guess I would say bryozoan colony.  If you knew if it was or was not found in a marine setting it would help.

It was found in sand quarry where are deposits from Miocene and probably redeposids from Paleogene or Cretaceus. I found there fossils of Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Bryozoa, Fishes...
