Very beautiful! How long is it?

There is no way to identify what kind of bird it came from. Some few have a feature (such as an 'after-shaft') that can suggest a Family, but most (like yours) are generic.

With its asymmetrical vane, it appears to be a flight feather from a wing; possibly a secondary flight feather.
