nice green river feather.  There are really no publications on individual feathers.

Very beautiful! How long is it?

There is no way to identify what kind of bird it came from. Some few have a feature (such as an 'after-shaft') that can suggest a Family, but most (like yours) are generic.

With its asymmetrical vane, it appears to be a flight feather from a wing; possibly a secondary flight feather.
