From my farm pond dig site. Brachiopods with pyrite. 70 MM. 2 views,  Allegan County West Michigan. Plus 2 more one week ago.

156 grams      70 mm x 60mm mm x 30 mm
Allegan County Michigan USA   Thanks, a lot of cleaning with dental tools and trips to the ultra sonic. and a special fiberglass brush in a few places.

yesterday from pile #6, around 9 feet high. #1 this was laying on top of the sand after rain rinsed it off. #2 48 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm.

#2 mix 22 cm x 14 cm     2 views      #3 small mix 20 cm x 50 cm 2 views.

I was screening with 1/4 inch when the rain stopped work.

cephalopod in limestone. radiating lines to the right. With mineral oil for image. while screening yesterday, Allegan County, Michigan.

It has been mentioned that this may be a Cladopora? All I have found along Lake Michigan has been wave tumbled smooth.  This is actually slightly raised above the stone and from an inland site.

Not a cephalopod but likely a Bryozoan or Coral (which Cladopora is)

With that structure I would say it's not a Cladopora as the tubes are too close together. Not well versed enough in my bryozoan cross sections to suggest anything else though.

Nice pics, and interesting on-going project!

I see lots of bryozoans and crinoid bits and pieces. 
Some wonderful "hash plates".

Today's lowly find. High up. 1/4 inch screen.  Would like to know what the round ring is with small Crinoids inside? Also Bryozoans. shown wet. A lot of clay and much work for one person. But social distancing. That would be from around 10 feet deep according to the land owner. .
