flipper559
This first piece is a Mazon Creek fossil from Pit 11. Any help appreciated !! The second one is from the Creek itself, could this be a "fiddlehead" @fiddlehead . Thanks for looking !! Thanks, Phil
deutscheben
I agree, the second one does look like a Spiropteris fiddlehead. I'm not sure about the first one, though.

fifbrindacier
I would soooo much like to live near a place such as Mazon creek formation ! 1 "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." stats
Definitely a fiddle head! Nice! The second might be a poorly preserved jelly. Cheers, Rich

I have lived nearby the Mazon creek for many years, and just discovered fossil collecting a couple years ago. Some of them are just beautiful pieces of art !! Do you think there is a great difference of value between those two kind of fossils ? If so, i might have to let the seller know it.
