I wanted to go to Flag Pond to search for teeth, it was closed. Then Matoaka, it was closed. Had to settle for Douglas Point, MD for just a few hours. Not too great there, the water was really high.

Honestly, this place is never a third choice location for me. It’s spectacular

Lol, I am spoiled. Don’t know what I’m going to do when I move to Alabama?

Not a bad haul for when the water is high. Douglas Point would be my first choice over those other two sites. Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

I enjoy Douglas Point, but I was in the mood to find Tiger Shark teeth and Hemi’s.

Good, because withdrawal would cause me to dig up my own yard to find something!

Probably a worn blade of a sand tiger with cusps worn away.

The blade looks to wide to be sand tiger.

The last one reminds me of brachyarias lerichei but I don’t know if that occurs there

Think of some of the wider positions. Not all Sand tigers there are thin and long.

Remember some of your sand tigers with a wide root. Then imagine the tip being worn and the cusps off.

It got me for a while too when I was used to the Makos of the Miocene
