FemurIHKH
Hello all, I recently returned from Peace River with a few finds, including this 15 mm fossil. I believe it's a small herbivore tooth, but I'm new here so would greatly appreciate help on the ID. Thanks!
fossilized6s
Not a tooth. You can see cancelous bone showing. I believe this is an unidentifiable piece of bone. 2 ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG

That's exactly the first thought that crossed my mind when I saw it. Possibly a heavily worn femoral epiphesys? Mark. Fossil hunting is easy -- they don't run away when you shoot at them!
