How did one guy (I am assuming they have the same namesake) get a mammal AND an ammonite named after him? Who is Paul Choffat? I know, I could google it, but that's no fun. Rocha, R. B., col. J. C. AK hiker
I have been reading prepping threads in the forum and wish I had come across this sooner. Will be getting geared up with a scribe and fortunately have most of the needed support equipment in my shop where I work on my one of my other hobby’s of aircraft building. My goal is to recover another ammonite once the snow melts from the mountains where I go hiking, preparing and identify it this summer with some posts to show my trip. AK hiker
I have set a goal for myself with the next find to prepare, learn the scientific name and share pictures of trip. Wishing I had found this group a while ago. Thanks.
