Pleuromya
I have some bantam hens, which are in a field. They are in a large enclosure whilst a fence is being put up around the whole field, as everybody is confined to their homes, I decided to let them out of the enclosure and keep watch of them, so they don't wander too far. There's an area that is just mud, which they went to, and I noticed a small shell on the surface of the ground, and after looking closer, I found many more. In the last few days, I have found very many in just a small area. Most are bound in ironstone, these are some of my favourites. I also found some nice patterns in some ironstone.
Kane
Very nice! Not bad at all for being so close to home. That bivalve is quite lovely -- it is fantastic when they come out with both valves intact. ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer

FossilNerd
Not bad at all for digging in the dirt with the chickens! The bigger one on the right has a nice look to it. Some type of scallop maybe? Max-fossils
Those are some very nice finds! I love the big bivalve on the left, as many others have said, as well as the fantastic scallop on the right. It's always fun to find fossils unexpectedly, and it's even better when you find such nice ones! Max Derème "I feel an echo of the lightning each time I find a fossil. Ludwigia
Nice finds. The fauna looks middle Jurassic to me. Is your land in the east of the county? Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

Yes, that would fit with Jurassic if you look at a geological map of your area. Greetings from the Lake of Constance.
