Is there any location given? Tyrannosauridae is a large family of dinosaurs which encompassed a huge swath of land between western North America (Laramidia) and Asia during the late cretaceous. Showing us one picture of a tooth with no other details than the probable family to which it belonged doesn't really allow us to narrow it down.

This tooth is the tyrannosauroid not tyrannosaurid "Timurlengia euotica" from the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan.  Some of this sellers teeth are composites to extend them but he usually states that in his listings.  This tooth has different colors in the middle so I would be concerned about an extension.

Edit: I looked at his listing and he clearly states its a composite.
