spinosaurus tooth real or fake

Hello,

I was wondering if this spinosaurus tooth is a fake. I got it awhile ago, it looked painted so I washed it off and this is what it looks like.

Seems real with maybe some glued parts and paintings (i would bet it was the missing enamel what was painted with brownish paint).

Tip and enamel missing.

This grade of (low) quality teeth is quite common on the market, so i would assume that REAL FAKES (complete piece is not a fossil) is quite uninteresting.

But what can be often seen is a more or less heavy grade of resto, composite, glueing and so on...

Most of the diagnostic features are missing but agree seems real.
