Fossilised Bones or Just Stones!!??

Hi

 

I am based in West Sussex UK and have been doing a bit of weeding in my garden during lock-down. I keep coming across stones that look to me like fossilised bones. I could be wrong though!! 

 

Maybe you can help please??

That's chert or, as you're in West Sussex, flint.
