Near a river called Borlezza.

For the stratigraphy I quote this : "The water catchment area of the Torrente Borlezza crosses mountains almost entirely made up of marine sedimentary rocks (limestones, dolomites, marls and sandstones) deposited in the upper-middle Triassic in the sea of Tetide, raised during the Alpine orogeny and sculpted to form the mountains as well as we see them today. "

it looks almost like an imprint of a crinoid column, don't take my word though:D
