Nautiloid
Last weekend I got a chance to do some fossil hunting in a creek in Greene, New York. I am a unsure if the exact formation I was in but I know it was upper Devonian. Brachiopods were quite abundant, especially spiriferid ones. I also found a couple nice bivalves and some bryozoans/corals.

Nautiloid
Here is a brachiopod with what I think is a bryozoan growing on it. I’m not sure though because I haven’t been able to find much online about upper Devonian Bryozoa
Jeffrey P
Nice finds. I too have had difficulty identifying formations as well species in the Upper Devonian material I've collected in New York. I plan to devote more attention to this in the future. Thanks for sharing.

Al Tahan
I’ve found very similar brachiopod hash plates over near Olean, NY......in the very most upper Devonian material before the Pennsylvanian rocks of “rock city” are exposed......nice finds and great examples of some late Devonian fossils!
