What is this fossil?

Found this fossil in Warrenton, Missouri in a creek.  Would like to know what it is.

Hello Alysha and welcome to TFF from Austin, Tx.   I'm not sure, but what I see sure reminds me of the mineral chiastolite.  Do a web search on that mineral and see what you think.  Again, welcome.

The outside mould with criss cross patterns suggests a crinoid calyx along the lines of Glyptocrinus (there are others that would fit but I'm not a crinoid guy!).

Thank you!  I definitely find a lot of crinoid fossils around here but never one like this.  Also, the solid interior with the 4 quadrants was interesting to me.
