Fossils Not Minerals in Montana

   There is a restaurant in a little town here in Montana where I first saw a small replica of these two creatures locked in battle.  Been following it ever since.  Amazing what money will make people do.

And the beat goes on..........., an expected outcome but its not technically over before the Duelers can be sold.  Like the article said it needs to go back to the 9th Circuit for a re-hearing which should rule to support the Montana decision

"The Murrays have an agreement to sell the paired fossils to a U.S.-based museum, Krogh says. The selling price is confidential, he says."

Well this saga is finally over the 9th Circuit Court ruled that its a surface find.  Hopefully the next news will be its sale to a museum.
