Found a bunch of specimens from Oak Creek in Sherman TX. Is the first and fourth picture fossilized wood ? The second picture is very light and porous.

Welcome to the Forum.

The first photo is a piece of calcite slickenside that grew in a fault that moved.

The top of the fourth photo could be the same thing.

We will be better to help you if you provide clearer photos.

My goal is to leave no stone or fossil unturned.
