I found a cool bivalve fossil in the creek today 

here is what my book says about it 

 

its is called Goniophora perangulata 

Trapezoidal shell, with length typically twice the height.Ventral margin curving with sinuosity in anterior third and slight constriction at the posterior end.Surface with fine concentric growth lines. 

to 60-90 mm
