Dinosaur bone

Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is? It is 1 3/4 inches by 1 inch, and most likely from the hell creek formation.

It does not look like bone.  But Maybe....

I’ll try and get the dirt off to see if I can get a better picture of if it’s a bone or not.
