It looks like the cross-section of an ammonite.. maybe a few in there.

The big wishbone-shaped line is the x-section of an ammonite shell. I think there are smaller x-sections to the left of that showing chamber walls, maybe the inner whorls of the same ammo. The other lines around the piece must be bits of shell too.
