Saltylmnop
The girls and I got turned away from Matoaka Cabins at capacity) last weekend and I’m sure glad they did. We had a blast - a couple hours at the Cliffs and came across this little beauty laying in a muddy fall pile. I’m assuming a Hubbell Meg with some slight patho ripples. We also met @HemiHunter and his boys poking around the waves too Edited July 2, 2020 by Saltylmnop Typo

It’s a certain “heart shape” thought to be unique to juvenile/baby megalodon teeth. They where originally thought to be a pathology. And they are rather uncommon, especially up this way. Gorgeous hubbell, epic find! 2 “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason

HemiHunter
Hi Ben! It was great to meet you on the beach and to see that tooth in real life. An awesome find! I am still searching for my first decent meg, so it's great to know they are still out there. Looks like we both had a good collecting day. BTW, we were at it again yesterday at another spot and found more some good stuff, but I will post about that later. -Paul
