Halp! Wut IS it?!

It measures about 7.5 cm long by 4.5 wide and is 3.25 thick.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Unfortunately, I am not seeing any fossil material in this piece. Looks like a tumbled rock to me

I think, you have an ironstone/ iron concretion. There might be two destingtive layers defining this.:)
