I have this dinosaur head that my father found many many years ago and we’re trying to identify it. Any suggestions on how to make this happen is greatly appreciated.

Not a skull or dinosaurian.  Skulls are typically made of multiple elements and are not one piece.  Can you post additional photos like to determine if its bone and get a better view

I’m going to have to disagree with you. There are distinct teeth and blowhole.

Troodon is our resident dinosaur expert

If he says it isn't a fossil, it isn't.

You can take that to the bank.

No eye sockets. No cranial features or sutures.

No enamel on the"teeth".

No mandible, no jaw bones.

Please take your item to a local museum or college.

They can look at it in person and tell you what you have.

We will have to agree to disagree.  :)

Good luck with your search.

There is no need to debate the origin of this rock/pseudo-fossil.

Unfortunately, these are not teeth. They are the result of differential weathering in the rock.  It may be possible this weathering occurred along a fossil within the rock, like a crinoid.  However, there are none of the characteristics of a skull that match this weathering.

John brings up a valid point.

When crinoids get worn through, or weathered away, they can look very much like teeth.

Some examples:
