Where was this found? 

Do you know the age of the sediments where this was found?

Looks very much like a Kem Kem, Morocco bone.  Do you have additional photos ? Center shaft appears to be composited to the ends.  Gobi desert is not an adequate  Provenance

Yeah I agree that this looks like a typical Kem Kem, Morocco fossil. And it does look composited.
I don't believe for a second that this is all original. The middle of the shaft is a different colour than the rest and it looks fatter as well. I think this is made up of 3 unrelated partial limb bones from the Kem Kem group.
