Bone Marrow and or other fossils, Columbia County, NY

I just found these fossils this week.  Can someone help me to identify?  The fossil with the quartz band looks spongy and almost like it has bone marrow.

The second one almost looks like fossilized skin?  Perhaps a headless fish?

Found on the ground in dry riverbed after rain this week.

Thank you!

Sorry should have also mentioned that the one with the scales or spots is about 2 inches long.  The rock with the quartz band is much bigger perhaps 4-5 inches wide/tall.  It feels like sedimentary type rock.  The one with the "scales" is one that I have never find before in the area.

Looks like rocks with mineral deposits. The best place to collect fossils in Columbia County is Becraft Hill south of Hudson for Devonian age marine fossils. Access is very restrictive now though the New York Paleontological Society does visit there., maybe once a year. Besides that there are some scattered small sites where you might find graptolite fossils or even trilobites. Good luck.
