tiny piece of jaw

I was given this very small piece of ?mandibular bone.  Any help would be appreciated in id.  it is approximately 12-14 mm in length, 4 mm in height and maybe 2 mm on the dental surface from the hells creek formation in montana.

Looks similar to bowfin jaw sections which I've found and seen from the Hell Creek and Lance fms.

Croc jaw sections generally have more vascular canals.

Can you take brighter and sharper photos of your jaw.   Like to see how deep the tooth sockets are.  Croc would be deep and not typical of fish.  Could be croc.
